  1. The kid in the red shirt in the beginning. Anyone know back story on that and what style it is? I've been seeing that video for years and never knew much about it

  2. I got something to say to all aspiring future martial artists. LISTEN to your sensei/sifu whatever your training in. Don't get ahead of yourself thinking you know a couple techniques and go picking a fight. A fight is not as smooth or rhythmic as portrayed in the movies. There is no such thing as a time limit when your learning and training, the more and more u know and have in your arsenal the better, I found out the hard way that just because you KNOW a little bit of a martial arts style doesn't mean it's going to save you in a fight. I got into a fight when I was younger, I was cocky and thought I knew all the moves. I got jumped 3-1 and nearly got killed. Cops saved my life and right after that the realism of it was permanently ingrained in my head. I deal with some mental problems and balancing issues here and there but I got serious and started working out more and learned ALL the moves and repeat them over and over but with sparring partners and training dummies and I keep the mental realism of a real fight in my head. So when it comes to asking yourself how much u can know and learn about what you want from your martial art, there is no limit on the amount of it. Learn all you can from your teacher and train REALISTICALLY and as long as you can. The more and more and more you learn and train the less it means you'll be taken by surprise and your able to increase your chances of at least leaving the fight still on your own two feet

  3. Finally someone who understands.. I'm tired of ppl saying Kung fu is ineffective and all.. What ppl don't understand is it all depends on the martial artist, not the martial art.. and through this video, you've proved that every martial art can prove to be effective as long as you know how to make it work.. you're undoubtedly a great sifu.. you inspire me to be a better kung fu fighter! Thank you sifu!

  4. Hate how dumb kids these days compare everything to mma. If there was no martial arts such as karate, boxing, kung fu, muay thai, jiu jitsu, there would be no mma.

  5. Glad you made a video, I like this for those that like to cherry pick, that kung fu is not effective. It also depends on who you are fighting. I am trying to take up boxing , because it makes up for things kung fu lacks. But many times kung fu worked pretty well in real fights for me,thanks

  6. The second one is Taekwondo not Kung fu and in 3:51 is Karate(cuz we often used it, especially in kyokushin) and in 4:14 is also Taekwondo, they have the same speed as the second one and the way he jumps and same in the 5:22, it's also a Taekwondo roundhouse(That's how we looks when our opponent is tall). and in 5:55, it's 360 kick also known as tornado kick.

  7. Chinese paddycake…. Kung Fu is the best way to get beat up …kung fu masters are selling false since of security .go search kung Fu see the flood of guys getting beat up claiming Kung Fu is a good self defences ,one arm boxer vs king Fu master is my favorite

  8. I just want to see a street fight of two kung fu masters going at it like the movies. All I can ever find is a one punch KO to some some guy no expecting it

  9. My advise, if you could avoid confrontation, please do it. Some martial art practitioner could kill someone will just 1 strike. I've seen it happen. My friend is a martial art practitioner. He was jailed 12 years for accidentally killed a guy on the street. All he did was a spinning back kick to the side of the guy's head and the guy was done. He surrendered himself to the police later on.
