Animals like raccoons can be considered hunters. Once they have their prey in their jaws, they will rub it between their front paws to identify what kind of food it is. Have you ever seen a raccoon eat a crayfish? What about an iguana? If you want to watch raccoons as you’ve never seen them before, you’re at the right place, so let’s get started.

Raccoon Vs Fox

A night cam shows a fox challenging a raccoon, but the raccoon is much bigger than the fox and isn’t intimidated one bit by the fox. If a fox and a raccoon got into a fight, the fox would likely come out on top. Most raccoons that foxes would confront are no match for their size, speed, and strength.

Foxes are formidable predators because of their stealthy nature and because of the huge, sharp fangs they have evolved with, but that doesn’t mean a raccoon could never outsmart or win against a fox. This fox attacks a raccoon during a night ambush and the raccoon is making a lot of noise. The chase is on, but we’ll never know what happened because the video ends.

Raccoon Fighting

In the event of an intruder, especially a dominant male raccoon, a raccoon colony will resort to fighting amongst itself. Depending on the severity of the attack, one or both animals may suffer life-threatening injuries. When defending their territory, raccoons are known to battle until the intruder flees. While kayaking, a man came across a raccoon on the edge of a river. It was rubbing its head and screaming, almost like a barking sound. While watching it, another huge raccoon appeared on the other side of the river, jumped in, and swam over to the injured raccoon. An epic battle began. The huge raccoon realized the man was there at the end and went towards him.

The man backed up, down the river a little, and the raccoon went off, back across the river. The man could hear him walking around. The man assumed he was waiting for him to leave to go back and finish the other raccoon off. These raccoons study one another before engaging in a vicious fight. They almost look like professional wrestlers in the way they walk in circles before they clash. This raccoon attacks a young raccoon in a backyard. You can hear the baby raccoon yell, but that doesn’t stop the bigger raccoon from assaulting it. The raccoon kills the youngster and has it for dinner.

  1. I didn't know raccoons did all this stuff I thought they were just cute little animals that we would just feed them in all hot dogs or sandwiches I didn't know they did all that

  2. I feel like killing any raccoon that comes on my property now. My granddad used to hunt them. I remember him cooking one when I was really young, lol. Now I would kill them just because I don’t like how brazen they are, lol. Most animals run away. Raccoons in this clip show you they rarely leave when they’ve made up their minds to do something, so I will put an end to them instead.

  5. Two raccoons made the mistake of wandering into my dog's yard.
It did not go well for either. By the time I got outside to find out what the commotion was, it was already over
