Nuclear weapon is a good asset for humanity, provided it is not directed against a group of humans. Without nuclear weapons we could be toast one day from threats of falling objects coming from space. We really need this weapon, just not in the local capacity. There is no excuse for humans to use it against each other.

There must be something not working quite correctly with the Russian Brain. Russia can not maintain conventional warfare against a United Western Europe (and that's without even including American troops).
