  1. Actually there was a major fail on the part of student, teachers and most of all security. However the victims fate was sealed the moment stabbing began.
It Is scary to think, someone so young could murder with such disregard for his victim, and with so much premeditation.

  2. how horrible for those parents too. you send your boy to school where youexpect him to make friends and build a future in a safe envoirment.. but then you get called that he was found stabbed to death on a toilet. rest in peace Jamie.

  3. Stop saying he can’t be diagnosed. That is so idiotic. What, just shrug and shake your head? Too young, can’t do it. He is way way smarter than his grade. I can’t even imagine if he got this figured out. In 2 years he will be smarter than any cop in that building.

  4. He CLEARLY is a psychopath and it’s not something he can control. The world is lucky he fucked up early. Not having any emotion at all but stabbing his friend to feel something worked exactly like he hoped. No chance in hell he will ever change. After the rush he just got he would of gotten good fast.

  5. Of all the questions I didn’t hear him as why? Also devil like this is why I believe children shouldn’t get any special treatment for killing because they are a minor.

  6. Psychopaths make up 1-2% of the population. They either end up in prison, or become successful politicians or corporate bosses. They have a lot of power over the rest of us who have emotions and empathy. Hitler, Putin, Pol Pot et al. These people are extremely dangerous. Avoid them at all costs, and never vote them into power!

  7. Now I’m NOT a detective and I’VE NEVER PLAYED ONE on tv. But I think MY first question wooda been ………. “what THE fuck is WRONG with YOU” ? And the “PoPo” wants to question him TO MAKE SURE he’s NOT a lyer ? Well God forbid ! HHHHHHHH

  8. America common open your eyes,it's asked why the child didn't seem worried, any channel on tv in America every single day at least 5 times daily they make sure everyone knows a child won't be punished like an adult,he knew it would be a smack on the wrist,I blame our government for that, and because of racist in this country, and the war that's going to become out of it,if someone with power don't soon make a change ,9-11 and much much worse when the bombs go off this time,it won't be in a far away land,no it's going to be right in the middle, and it will over take us all,but by all means keep setting on your butts and click away because this time not even prayers will help at all I wish everyone luck for I will already be gone

  9. This is a very vicious and personal attack. I think Jamie was a better student or at least a good rival and Micheal wanted to kill hum becouse of the jelousy and competition.

  10. 20:27 This seems kind of stupid to me. Is there some reason the stenographer can't just watch the recorded footage and write down everything from that, at whatever speed/pace is comfortable, rather than constantly having to interrupt the perp as he's giving important information? What if those interruptions causes him to lose his train of thought or leave something out that he might have said otherwise?

  11. He appears to have no sense of morality or compassion much less true comprehension as to his actions. However he was very methodical in what he did. It is interesting to note the speaker bought up the development of the frontal lobe. Yes 25 is usually the age of development however if there’s trauma or chemical imbalance issues during this he growing stages this could also be a contributing factor in yer actions of young people. There needs to be more study on how to recognize concerns in children and teens so that they can get the assistance they require to grow up and develop to a state where they are capable of making safe and sound decisions.

  12. God, the way he answers the questions is like he…its like he thinks he's doing well on one of his school tests*. They swear him in to tell the truth and so he does, to the best of his ability. They ask him to speak clearly and concisely so he does, even slowing down and speaking more clearly when they asked him to. I don't know how to explain it but it *feels like he's… excited to be getting all of the questions "right". Am I the only one who got this feeling?
