  1. Honestly you rock! Iā€™m about to watch now and your motivation and cleaning, decluttering and way of compartmentalizing all this anxiety and depression always helps me put myself into my place to feel better and get to work in my house and to also clear my mind! I know how hard you work, and how it is!ā¤ļøšŸŽ„sending love and peace

  2. Iā€™m 22 my daughter passed away almost 3 months ago at 9 months and today I finally cleaned my room I still have a ways to go but to end the day I watched this and I feel like I now have some more in me.

  3. I totally get that feeling of loss when it comes to losing your mom I lost my mom 5 years ago and I still feel so lost without her sending you love and hugs my friend

  4. Thank you for this. I lost my entire family and this is how my house is right now because of my moms death anniversary.

Iā€™m happy to know Iā€™m not the only one. Truly.

  5. I don't have kids, but if I did I'd parent them the way I wa
s parented. We did chores and we weren't allowed to clutter up common areas with our toys and crap. I honestly think that's where a lot of moms go wrong. They take on the responsibility of doing all the cleaning… Kids need to be taught as early as possible to clean up after themselves.

  6. I love this! As for gifts, I much prefer to gift or be gifted experiences! Zoo passes, pedicures, or family vacation (when able), etc. Yes, I definitely feel overwhelmed everytime I look at my house. I'm glad to know I am not alone!

  7. Definetly have found myself overwhelmed with toys! I was starting to dread birthdays and christmas because I had nowhere to put everything my kids got. I am finally learning that they would rather get an experience as a gift than a thing. So I find out what they are interested in and give them "vouchers" for activities that we wouldn't normally get to do. It's been so peaceful and the last 2 birthdays in our house I've actually gotten to enjoy the celebration!

  8. This video really hit home for me. I lost both my parents a year apart and literally following right behind it, I also ended up getting a divorce. The pain I feel is awful and since then I have totally let myself go and did end up having a nervous breakdown. Since then I canā€™t seem to come back up from it and my house is never in order since all of it. It is something that really bothers me and every time I do feel like I have a burst of energy and get stuff accomplished. I get overstimulated and anxious and walk away. So thank you for your video.

  9. I have epilepsy and there's this what I like to call depression phase that pops up every once in awhile because of it. at the moment my entire front door and front of my couch is like dump it to crump it. its shopping bags that are just full of junk

  10. Thank you for being so transparent with us Iā€™m sitting here like damn .. thatā€™s me .. Iā€™ve been suffering about 4years now with anxiety and depression I lost my mom in 2018 the day before Halloween I have 3 babies ages 2, 3, and 7. I was 6mth pregnant with my now 3yr old when my mom passed and after her birth I had terrible postpartum depression then experienced abuse with my fiancĆ© of 6years and Iā€™ve not been the same since it kills me my kids deserve the happy me again! My house looks just like this several times a day I feel like I canā€™t possibly keep up with it some days and just sit and cry and sleep and cry some more only thing I get up for is my kids and itā€™s just so comforting to know Iā€™m not alone in this world thanks for the hope youā€™re giving to so many, and i know u need to hear it so just have to tell you Iā€™m proud of u girl youā€™re kicking butt ! šŸ˜˜ keep it up babe I need all the motivation I can it lol

  11. I am a messy mama My daughter makes so much mess at times. I like my home to be neat and organized but sometimes I need that push to get it done. I get overwhelmed sometimes. I usually just work on one corner of the room at a time.

  12. Throughout the entire cleaning video you have mentioned anxiety and depression multiple times and I think repeating is not a good thing. The purpose of your video is cleaning motivation and not share your mental health struggle and spreading the negative energy to anyone watching your video. I really felt the negative energy during this video and I hope you change your perspectives in you are presenting your videos.

  13. So when it comes to Christmas my kids know if they would like new toys we have to donate the toys they currently have in order to get more. Weā€™ve explained that there are kids who would love the toys they have and if they would like more things they have to make the space for those things. We donā€™t have a large home so they kinda get it. I LOVE Christmas time and I love giving people gifts especially people who are like me and donā€™t buy themselves things. I never get things for me I always get stuff for my kids or friends so Christmas is special to me as well because I get things I need that I donā€™t buy, itā€™s mainly because I love being around my family and seeing their faces light up from what I got them but Iā€™m not gonna lie itā€™s nice to get those pants I need or those cooking utensils I should have replaced years ago, the thing I get are practical and not over the top and thatā€™s perfect for me. I also really pay attention to the people I love and try to get them a special thing they really wanted within reason Iā€™m not dropping huge amounts of money but if I can get them something they really love itā€™s so hear warning to see their joy when they open it and idk maybe that makes me odd but yea.

  14. We do secret Santa and have a limit of 150. My kids love it and it really minimizes the gifts. We donā€™t give gifts on any other holiday except birthdays and usually their birthday parties are their gifts or we will do a bouncy house or something like that. I also make my kiddos go through their toys and choose what toys/stuff to donate. We donate to a local Christian donation center. We definitely donā€™t do Santa or a lot of gifts.

  15. Mighty Mama
I am also in your shoes. I have learned not to say anything to family members about gift giving. They don't listen! Soooo I thought of this myself! I give each person a gift they can get my child and they usually get that for her. And I also learned if you have other children that like the toys that your older child has and they don't want anymore, I put it away for a little while and regift it! Everything your family gets doesn't have to be brand new or really expensive! I bought kinda expensive gifts for my child and she liked the cheap stuff better than the other expensive gifts. Soooo I've learned that if I have stuff my other kids like but are too young for it clean it up and put it away in the garage and wait a little bit to give it to them. It's like new to them!

  16. I love how honest and comforting this video is, kids noises in the background and motivational speak alike.

Iā€™m not a mom, but Iā€™ve dealt with anxiety and depression since I was a kid & Iā€™ve found ā€œadultingā€ in a timely and effective manner while fighting through those feelings is very hard. And it can feel very lonely and be very hard to get started and not give up, for yourself and those you love, this video helped me out a lot & gave me things to think on

  17. I just have to say.. I have been struggling with my anxiety and depression lately and I 100% planned on watching this while sitting in bed.. but when you said GET UP.. I immediately felt the urge and motivation to clean. So thank you. šŸ„ŗ You just gained a lifetime follower. ā¤

  18. throw all irrelevant things………… put only the essentials……………….. your time and rest is more important…………. cleaning eats up time

  19. Hello knew subscriber here, for me and my family we don't do Christmas ( or any holiday for that matter). I grew up watching my mom become real depressed during the holidays and for me being so small I remember it all and was traumatized by it, I thought to myself I don't want my kids to see me like that and i didn't want them to go thru that. It was horrible I have PTSD (diagnosed) because of it. So from that experience I knew i didn't want that life either. So what my family does for Christmas is we make a dinner and watch movies together we get the junk food and soda we don't ever have and have an entire family day, my kids LOVE it lol it's the best memories I could give and leave to my kids. It took sometime from my family to remember oh that's right they don't do holidays but talking to my parents and grandparents letting them know it's for my mental health they understood. But they do give me the money they would have spent on the kids to get them stuff. It works out and it saves me from getting anxious and overwhelmed. It's going on 8 years this year. Sometimes we as mom's and a person have to do right by ourselves and our family have to understand that. We have to set boundaries that's best for ourselves and our mental health.

  20. I would be overwhelmed with that many toys as a child. I did routine purges/yard sales at different phases of my life. It was super rewarding šŸ’œ Iā€™m sure they would love to learn the value of letting go and basic business practices šŸ’•šŸ’•šŸ’•

  21. I know this is an older video and Christmas is over but for Christmas this year: I grew up only receiving one gift for Christmas and that was enough for me. I learned to really appreciate my new toy/ new shoes/new clothes and I would take care of it really well. Itā€™s alright not to get your kids a ton of gifts every Christmas

  22. I realized that one I'm watching this video that it is in the middle of July in a hunger Christmas LOL but I'm so glad that I found your channel because I too suffer from really bad depression and anxiety in my house gets so cluttered and dirty that I'm embarrassed to let anybody in it and seeing your house and hearing your words of inspiration and encouragement I'm tearing up as I'm saying this I'm just grateful that I'm not alone and I'm grateful that you're putting out these videos to give me the motivation to clean my own house and yes I subscribed LOL

  23. No judgement at all……but getting rid of stuff and simplify your clutter will make it easier to clean your stuff when you have less stuff to clean. I got rid of alot of my nephews toys he doesnt play with and less stuff to worry about cleaning.

  24. Thank God I'm not alone! I get so bummed when I see all the perfectly perfect houses in videos. . .this is REAL life mama!! My dad passed dec 31 2020. I get it

  25. I know I am a little late, but I completely understand how you get that sad feeling around the time your mom passed away. This August will be 5 years since my mom passed away and during that time of year I always get sad. She passed away 4 days after my birthday (I spent my birthday in the hospital with her) so even during my birthday I am always a little sad
