So tired of climate change causing everything. You can’t prevent so much of the massive fires by constant prohibitive measures like controlled burning. Flash flooding is also the same bc we pack our soils down and disk and disk and the rains don’t soak in and percolate down and increase the ground water table which is also why our aquifer doesn’t get replenished as it used to. We create super spikes in carbon into the atmosphere each spring disking the US’s farm land while we cut down rain forest. China and other countries create massive amounts of pollution while we try to cut back. Yes, climate change is real and it’s been cooling or warming for billions of years so we need to address what we can and stop our ways down to the bottom hole in the bucket…. How we treat the earth is helping things get worse. But the one fact that people ignore and act like we can just stop warming and blame a certain few things or people kills ne when we also know that this is not a new issue. At the same time we are melting over there ; we are freezing over here bc it’s a global axis shift slowly and as one square inch is warming there is another across the globe freezing and that fact seems to never be told to the people who are stuck in the mindset of the oceans are gonna rise and the entire globe is warming bc that would make everyone face the facts. We could stop a lot of the bs if we stopped doing things, but the earth is gonna follow its cycles and long after we are gone and we can’t stop it.
