1. Our Walmart has had cargo containers sitting there for 3 months and no one knows why. It is very unusual because it was not the holiday season. It’s 100 degrees. So I’m curious what they are for. It’s in my backyard which makes me more uneasy.

10. I think if Pelosi visit sets china off, they'll just stop sending made in China items. Maybe that's why they're going to refurb, what we have will be all we have since they outsourced jobs and Taiwan will be invaded now, so rework what we have, like Cuba

13. Walmart has had refurbished things for a long time. Computers for sure.

14. Here in northern Illinois, my walmart has a quarter of their parking lot filled with temporary storage facilities.

17. Refurbished is like recycling and we live in a disposal society. At some point the madness should stop. In other countries dumps are a place where people are allowed to scavenge through and pick up useful bits. In the United States we compact everything making it useless then bury it in secured locations. When I was child in the 80's everything we bought or sold had a repair shop somewhere in town. We'd drop our TV, toaster, VCR, microwave etc off and wait till it was fixed. Now we toss it out and buy new which isn't sustainable.

18. I am on disability and did not have a tv they had refurbished ones online and I bought one and had to take it in 8 times and after the last time I gave it away

21. I was looking at a refurbished printer but it wasn’t that much cheaper so I didn’t.

25. The Walmarts here in central Arkansas have shipping containers in the parking lot as well. I think they ordered holiday merchandise early and can’t put it out do to back to school stuff.

26. I was in one on Thursday; they had a cart of merchandise that to go on the shelf with summer flip flops 🩴 and winter boots 🥾. 🧐

27. Walmart has also got another new deal happening. It's building small general stores. These small general stores will be located in recreational/state parks around the United States.
