I feel like there is a good chance that Dale was in on it but ended up getting screwed over and killed off by the dude in the mask. Reminds me of a guy my grandfather knew that had secret mafia gambling debts that no one in his family or his friends knew of at all. dale prob recognized the robber, im betting its the boss of the factory. dale shouldnt have gone anywhere with the person. after a day had passed which the boss said he left for drinking, they finally check the camera. usually if someone takes off its usually the first thing you check, see if they stole anything which is the purpose of the camera. and have it ready if you plan on terminating the employee.
That first story involving the missing Dale and platinum: Something off. Why have a conversation with a man wearing a hooded mask if he is suspected of being a burglar? Probably Dale was involved and was double-crossed by a greedy partner who murdered him and disposed of his body.
On number 5 you only see the intruder leave but never the security guard Daniel. I think the intruder was a worker from there, and Daniel was lied to until he found the guy over by the kiln. Daniel wasn't supposed to be near it, but the dogs led investigators over there. What if Daniel was thrown in??? There would be NO TRACE!
