Indian food is more a little more seasoned, but not much, just a little bit. I love lamb!! As a straight up meateater, Pakistan looks awesome!! Especially Chapli kabob!!! I'm Iranian Assyrian and have eaten many many kabobs, the only one i havent tried is Chapli kabob, acrualky i never had Afghani food before
Being a recovering alcoholic places like Pakistan, UAE, Iran, Jordan, Bangladesh, seem like super fun places without any temptation to drink!! Especially Pakistan, no one goes to drink at night, they go to eat and talk. I would have lots of fun doing that!!

The best thing about this show is watching people coming together to eat. Food shared is a gift of God and to eat outside, surrounded by mountains, sharing cultures with people whose language you cannot speak… wonderful.
