It's a bug. Out of focus and the camera's color is screwed up making it have the blue appearance. WHICH EXPLAINS WHY SHE GOES FROM WEARING A PURPLE OUTFIT TO A RED ONE IN THIS VIDEO.
you can see the tail as it spins and turns. It cant be a splastic bag. If it was windy that day the bag would have flew off else where. It couldnt have been a bug as it couldnt be that huge. Its a ghost for sure.

I saw a program in which paranormal investigators proved this case to be an insect.They climbed up a ladder and experimented with different objects placed right up against the video screen.To show the difference the investigator placed a rubber bug against the camera and because the rubber bug was to solid it showed up as a black spot.But when they used the body of a moth obtained from a university
it matched as the body was translucent the light passed through it forming a colored spot.

Yeah, except, that I excelled in science, math and astronomy in college, and I could understand if I was some lame-brained person that is easily guided, but I am not, and I also work in law, not at some cash register somewhere or in the food industry. And I saw what I saw as clear as day, and I've been seeing spirits since I was a kid. Just because you've not seen them, does not mean they are not there. Perhaps you are the one that needs to have a more opened mind. Food for thought.
