This drone footage shows the extent of the ‘unprecedented’ flooding that overtook the Yellowstone River this week, closing down all entrances to Yellowstone National Park in the process. At least one bridge and one home were swept away in the floodwaters.

The place where this "unprecedented" event is occurring is a regular floodplain. River banks are merely temporary suggestions.
The flooding throughout the rest of the state is getting worse too. North Hill Top Rd in Columbia Falls is deteriorating, Red Ridge's main street looks like a riverbed, and the road to Hungry Horse is completely flooded.
I'm safe in Kalispell right now with my Fianceé. But my grandparents live right by North Hill Top Rd, and while Martin City hasn't flooded yet, my parents live there and I'm worried it will.

Was that a light on in that house at the end of the video?? It just looks creepy. I'm not ignoring the big picture – it's all horrible. But it's like – it looks like someone left in a hurry, (I'm sure they all did.) I'm wondering how that house still has power. Terrible losses for these families.
