That cat should of been spoiled the rest of her life if it were mine. As for the dog I would of made sure it was taken from its owners. It’s the owners fault for sure not the dogs. Unfortunately the dog probably was put down for this. I know it attacked a baby and that is horrible by all means. I would definitely want the dog removed from next door to me. But I would want the dog rehabilitated and properly trained. But maybe by this point it’s to late for the dog and it has to be put down. It’s just sad all the way around especially for this child he could be traumatized for life. Becoming afraid of dogs for the rest of his life a tragedy all the way around.
