  1. Very nicely done video. Excellent graphics. Thanks for including the time-lines. It’s really amazing how long some species have existed with relatively few changes other than size and weight.

  2. Did they forget to include the evolution of man too because humans used to be bigger as well, religion calls them giants but I know the truth about everything.

  3. All the extinct species made me sad. It's depressing to think that some little piece of the wonderful variety of nature has disappeared from the world and will never return.

  4. They are extinct or they just downsized and god turned them small so we can live with them. Animals do make life more interesting.

  5. Even a year ago, the White Rhino is classified as functionally extinct. There are two left and they're both female. Unless we miraculously clone a new male, they're done.

  6. I've heard the saying "everything is bigger in Texas", but now I can say "everything was bigger in the past"

    (you know, except the whales)

  7. Reason why those extinct animals were huge is because back then the oxygen in atmosphere was in a greater percentage. I am excluding those which were much recent.

  8. Looking @ the extinct animals dwarfing their extant relatives, it’s hard to believe these monsters actually existed. Thank god we didn’t live when they did. I can’t even imagine how scary that would’ve been.
