KwaZulu-Natal is still picking up the pieces from the devastating floods that hit the province earlier this month.

Premier Sihle Zikalala says the province requires R5.5-Billion to fix damage to roads.

Although no one could have predicted this natural disaster, the government has been criticised for not doing enough maintenance on key infrastructure.
