Disaster response teams have already responded to a number of incidents, including the collapse of a wall in Etekwini.
Inclement weather over the weekend has increased the risk of localized flooding across the province as heavy rains continue.

This is clearly the Climate Crisis. The same thing recently happened in Germany and China. The world is 1.2 degrees hotter than it should be so the air is holding about 10% more moisture than pre-industrial times. It will only get much worse unless the rich nations transition to green energy.
You can pray as much as you like. It doesn't seem to be very effective in stopping those disasters. I guess you are probabbly not the only one in the world praying for similar things, yet those things not only keep happening, but are actually getting worse and more frequent as well. So clearly it is observable that those prayings are not very effective ways in stopping or at least lessening those disasters.
