So disappointed after listening. I was intrigued by your channel with such high production, and such well read narrators. However this video felt like you both were bending over backwards trying to find SOME OTHER MEANING behind verses that are clearly meant to be taken at face value. And I'm no biblical scholar.
Beware viewers it's very odd that they are twisting themselves into knots trying to discredit idk the whole point of the bible and the extremely important message the book of revelation delivers.
I'd totally suggest checking out most other teachers on this subject.

Not a "prediction," but Creator God's prophetic word.
The Greek word there for "elements" that you mentioned in 2Pet 3 only occurs 5 more times in the NT. Gal 4:3,9 Col 2:8,20 & Heb 5:12. And in these verses the word is used in the context of the Old Law's commandments, rules, observances, and regulations. It is never used in the context of physical matter. There was no knowledge of the “elements of the physical matter” in those days. No one would use “elements” that way back then. Peter is writing about the destruction of the Old Covenant world with all it laws and observances. The “heaven and earth” was about to be destroyed. That was first century Israel's name for their world. Isa 1:2 & 51:15,16. The “Periodic Table of The Elements” came to exist in the early 1800s. When Tyndale first translated the scriptures into Old English way back in 1535 he too had no knowledge the his word “elements” being used for physical matter. That knowledge did not exist yet for another almost 300 years! And this is the perfect example of how dangerous dispensational futurism actually is! It denies and hides the truth of scripture!

So Tim, your saying the judgements in Rev 6 and onward are not real but apocalyptic literature? The question mark is because I am not sure, I don't want to put words in your mouth. So if it's allegorical or just metaphors is there a chronological order to it all? So after all the mess, we get to Rev 19 where we have the marriage supper of the Lamb with His Bride of course (the Church) and about 8 verses later we are returning with Him to the earth for the second coming. Is this allegorical or real. I guess what I'm asking is if it's all allegorical, metaphorical, symbolical, with no time signature (chronology) what good is Rev to us? So you mentioned that the book of Revelation is repeating itself over and over in each generation. Is there an ending? there has to be, when is it? It seems by Jesus words it's the time of the gentiles has come in. So there is an end, when the last gentile has come in? So back to Rev 19, the church is in heaven, how and when did that happen and why are we coming back with Him for the second coming??? IDK. He did say in Jn 14:1-3 that He will come back and receive us to Himself so we can be where He is, (in heaven) I assume. And what did the angel mean at Jesus ascension when he said He will return in the same manner you have seen Him go? These all seem to be physical acts. Of course we've been in the end times since Jesus was resurrected. I think most views agree on that but it doesn't diminish the fact there will be an end then the new heavens and new earth. Metaphorical or real? You did say you look at all ideas for interpreting Revelation. You're such a kind man and I respect your views which is why I'm asking all these questions and I'm sure you hate labels like covenantal, dispensational, maybe dominion, premill, postmill, awemill, etc…but can you give us a clue?
Maybe you guys should just out your competition Rock island books videos on this subject,it’s actually the whole point to Christianity. The second coming , the judgement, the new birth, the new body , the eternity with our Heavenly Father. The prophecies of the end are all over the Old Testament and New , ( come on man ).

"A generation is coming and a generation is going, but the earth is standing to times indefinite" Eccl. 1: 4. Soon "the earth will certainly be filled with the knowledge of Jehovah (Psalms 83:18) as the waters are covering the very sea" Isaiah 11:9
Its not the end of time. It was the "time of the end" in New Testament times. The Old Covenant world was coming to an end. It did in 70AD with the destruction of the temple and Jerusalem by the Romans. The bible actually says that the physical creation is eternal and not going to be destroyed.

Yes the Jewish temple age ends and the Christian Christ’s church age begins in the first century and yes, they overlap by 40 years from the time of Christ’s resurrection to the destruction of the temple in 70 AD.
Man this view is like a weird mix of preterism and futurism, or something, making both camps happy, except the positive postmillinium folks who believe the world will get better, interesting.

Why is it that you despise even talking about the idea of the mark having something to do with 🥤 💉? Since every generation experiences the birth pains or sees it somewhere in the world, what if the “end” and the 2nd coming, is just when you die. Each persons own death is this “the end time” where no one knows when they die, you see Jesus comes to meet you/gathers you to Him, and since you’re in heaven, earth has gone away from you and you can’t go back; it’s gone. What if this is what it means or is somewhat connected to what has been prophesied throughout the Bible for ppl at different times. Isn’t it technically end of an age? I dunno. My mom died in January from Covid and I just really wonder what she’s doing 🙂

I mean that with much respect as a compliment only. The way you narrate shows how incredibly annointed you are. Please before anyone just start giving any type of opinions here, I want us all to respect these two gentlemen. They look simple and down to earth because they are humble. Revelation mentions that people should leave the Revelation18:4 group if they don't want to receive her plagues. (Hello, if you don't want to receive her plagues!)
According to Revelation 18 this group wears scarlet(Cardinals), and purple(Bishops). It refers to a city Kingdom (Rome is the only city kingdom in the world), that rules over the Kings of the earth. Where are the Kings? The Roman Empire broke in 2 and from those 2 divisions came 10 Countries. The Pope was the eleventh, but he got rid of 3, and from the 7 he is chosen, and there will be 10 again. 5 Countries on each leg of the Roman Empire. The (cross or X) is on the shields(British flag, same as Roman shield) of the the Empire, and it symbolizes the ten Kingdoms, and the religious beliefs. According to official writings no one may buy or sell or say a greeting to any one who has left the cross. The X or cross originates from the last letter of the Hebrew alphabet the tau, which means a mark, both literal and figurative. In The Bible book of Ezekiel 9, God put a tau(mark) on the people who were crying over the loss of wickedness. The mark was not for salvation. Revelation/Apocalypse 13:18 says you won't be able to buy or sell with out the tau(mark) of the beast(Empire). It is 1 of only 2 things that the Bible says gets you condemned, with no chance of repenting and being forgiven. The cross has been used through out history, including the Egyptians called it the ankh, which was a symbol of power. The cross has falsely become associated with the Messiah(Christ), and that is where Xmass, and Christmas comes from. Popes have always had a mitre(triple tiered crown) with 666 on it in Latin (Vicarivs Filli Dei).
Latin letters have a number associated with it(like a Roman clock), just like Hebrew and Greek. Rome has called for mass destruction and sabotage to stop people from hearing this. My salvation is my belief that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and through Him, I can have eternal life, it’s not dependent on the belief in End Times.
This just came on and was on my TV was cooking dinner and I started listening some time well into it, and I’m so impressed by how the gentleman with the black-and-white striped shirt is proclaiming the truth so gracefully and doesn’t waver but doesn’t require the other gentleman to accept what he saying. I know I can tell already which voice to listen to and I’m so grateful to have that to listen to today to help myself also stay on track. That the freedom is truly present in his spirit and I I just thank you for that being a man of God.
The apocalypse that the public discusses is not real and that’s what has been revealed to me through the spirit and I was dead set on it.

I wish people wouldn’t be scared of Revelations/The end of days books in the Bible. If you belong to Jesus then there isn’t anything to worry about, either way you read the end times prophesy.
God said He gave us the prophesies to know the signs of the times. Therefore, read it, learn it & live by it.
I do believe that we are in the end of days. We are watching prophesy be fulfilled before our eyes which no other generation had this to say we are living in the “end of days” there are things happening that can’t be coincidence that we find in prophesy….especially since this last generation has seen all that has become of Israel.
