🇿🇼 FRIED CHICKEN INNARDS: In a pot, add gizzards, water, and salt. Boil. Add intestines and fry. Add liver and continue frying.
🇿🇼 PIG HEAD: In a pot add beans, peanuts and Mutakura. Add pig head, beans, onion, garlic, tomato and green peppers. Place ground Kapenta and mopane worms into a powder then mix it with spice, aromatics (curry powder, ginger, garlic) then turn into a paste. Allow it to cook. Place the pig heads on a tray and pour beans and sauce over them.

For reference, early religions like Christianity, Judaism and Islam told their followers to stay away from pig for health reasons. Specifically trichinosis, a microscopic parasite that could survive even being cooked. Pigs being the most common wild game humans eat that are effected by it. So the religious leaders of these earlier civilizations just said do not to eat it because “god” said so. Basically a first attempt a science and dietary guidelines / control of the area. Just sprinkle in some spooky language of demons or spirits. Safety first!
