  1. MMA or Krav followed by Muay Thai + Jiu Jitsu as used in the Octagon. The rest are great for health and fitness, but not real fighting without a weapon. Krav may be the best due to the use of weapons in training. Lastly, cardio, an overlooked technique used by many, just put one foot in front of the other as quickly as possible.

  2. "When you are talking about fighting, as it is, with no rules, well then baby, you would better train every part of your body." – Bruce Lee

  3. again what do you know about martial arts and real fight ??? to make stupid videos as usual . a fighter who fight with gloves is a dancer not a fighter the gloves are not only to protect the face it protect the knuckles too
a real fighter who can take blows not give
who can break bones with his bare knuckles
the only 2 styles in the world are the most effective is
1- karate a real karate not like those stupid we see on the net
    2- Muai thai
and throw all the rest in a trash bag
and the most important is the fighter himself not the style , the style might help you to have experience but if you are a pussy cat you will do nothing

  4. Yet no footage of a real wing Chun fight. Even Bruce decided to go different routes.
BJJ does teach against weapons in the non sport self defense aspect.
I invite you to watch the stick and knife fighting group called the Dog Brothers and see that BJJ is very useful against weapons.
BJJ was made on the streets of Rio De Janeiro famously challenging all others.
Martial art completely shows how to successfully beat multiple opponents and is really theory to use consistently.
Krav Maga is a good art as well, unfortunately it's been over marketed and the real Krav Maga is not taught to civilians but police and military.
Muay Thai has it's predecessor Muay Boran which does have ground striking as a battlefield art.
Personality I would put Kali or Pentjack Silat in place of Wing Chun.
BJJ should not rank so low.

  5. I generally agree with the assessments, except I would have placed Krav Maga 1st. by your listed standard. Though a true master of MMA who has been a master in every art he or she is using may be able to handle multiple targets (because MMA professionals ONLY fight 1 on 1). MMA does NOT train you against multiple targets and certainly not against weapon wielding opponents. As you proved in the video, Krav Maga hits ALL of the points you used for judgement and hits them with the highest marks (Combat use, multiple targets, weapon defense, damage and effectiveness) so I have no idea how it got second place to an art that you admitted was lacking in two of those categories. Maybe you should just reevaluate the evaluation system so that MMA comes out on top.

  6. Exemplo de lutas esportivas : Karatê shotokan,Taekwondo olimpico, MMA ,Boxe Kickboxing essas são pra competição não tem nada a ver com Defesa Pessoal pra um combate real de rua são coisas diferentes !

  7. This is my opinion about all arts, they are all effective if practiced
for many years and not just jumping
from one art to another art, then calling yourself a master. There is alot of phonies out there who do that.
A true master is one who can paralyze a person and know exactly
what to do to get that person out of
the paralyzation state that his body
is experiencing. Also a true master is very humble and he or she
viabrate a very powerful "Chi" when a person gets near a true master.
