20. They didn't tell us our area has this earthquake liquefaction problem. These "new" homes came with irrigation pipe that easily breaks and missing insulation. Short sprinklers. Faucets that have to replaced, not rebuilt. Wild pine tree that doesn't stop getting bigger. 15amp fuse for the "entertainment" area where the TV goes. Ants that swarm when the summer gets over 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Cabinets that should have got a second coat of the clear coat varnish. Base boards that swell up when mopping the floor. There is a lot more things they didn't tell us. Of we can bail out the banks then they can just cancel the mortgage payments and bail out the taxpayer. City trees that drop a trillion Rain Tree seeds so you can grow anything with massive interference and also the rampant yellow nutsedge secret too.
