At 8:15 he hit the solid steel mount, not the skin. I feel that is a cheap way to say that your blade broke during the testing.

Judges not wearing any extra protection gives me anxiety, the blade being very sharp makes it worse.
the funny thing about this is when the swords break the judges try not to laugh if you watch carefully xD

This is a great show, however all the jokes and memes about it are far too accurate.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a poor sport or a sore loser on this show, it’s quite wholesome how everyone’s of the opinion “Well yeah I lost but but that’s okay, I’m glad that (name) won, and it was a great experience.”
