  1. We made an error in this video, stating that this tragedy happened during a Premier League game, when it actually happened during an FA Cup game. This was a mistake on our part and was in no way intentional. What's most important is that we remember and honor the victims of this terrible tragedy with respect, and that's what we tried our best to do in this Soccer Stories episode.

  2. Jesus Christ Liverpool fans caused it take responsibility!!!!!! They had no intent or idea what was going to happen but this crap about blaming everyone else annoys me

  3. I cried for a week. It should’ve been a happy day for me because Derby won at Old Trafford, and I ended up losing my best mate at Hillsborough 💔

  4. Everybody's fault but Liverpool fans, I don't think so. They know what they did. Take some responsibility scousers and dont forget you killed 34 Juventus fans. No respect here.

  5. I was 11 at the time..I didn't watch the game on TV as my team United had been knocked out. I'll always remember where I was when the news came through. Was difficult to comprehend that it could happen at a football match. Just finished watching the new TV drama Anne. Defo worth a watch about the fight for justice for the 97 over a 30 year period. Very moving. RIP 97 x

  6. Remember that game with man u, chanting allways the victim, liverpuddlins just chanted lowder with M,an, U,nited,N,I,ntended,Coming,H,ome before sir alex thought enoughs, enough…

  7. April 15 1989 At Hillsborough Tragedy Struck The Lack Of Order And Control From The Police Led To A Human Stampede In The Terosis 96 People Lost Their Lives 766 Injured

  8. Duckenfield should have been jailed!
As for the newspaper that will not be named, it’s not even worth status as a shit rag.

Anne Williams and many others deserve MBEs.

  9. What happened at Ibrox was a tragedy.Poorly maintained terracing gave way and people were crushed.Hillsborough was a failure by the constabulary to acknowledge their primary duty in enduring peoples' safety.Tragic for those 96 folk and their families, that it was probably avoidable had the authorities listened to the witnesses.

  10. It’s disgusting how the people would just let all of them in There, people were drunk, this boy who was 15 who was called Kevin died but he could of survived, someone seen him conculsiv, gave him cpr and mouth to mouth,he would of had to have his neck at the side cut open then had a tube there and then survived,it’d absolutely sad, they were suffocated, people were getting thrown left and right it’s terrifying, I feel so bad for the people have lost their loved ones all their friends, rest in peace for everyone who was killed!🕊💐😥

  11. Lete be honest. Yes the police officer might of opend the gate but it's not just death on his hands. It's typical human beings. Football has allways been a deadly violent game and hasn't got any better.
Might be a fun sport for some but for majority comes violence and tragedy.
But on the second hand iv said it many a times. U can't trust the police. They are the most corrupt liars going and will do anything to cover there shit up. They are slaves to the government

  12. Requiescat in Pace. RIEP 🌹🙏🌹🙏🌹🙏🌹❤️⚪️❤️⚪️❤️⚪️. As a Glasgow Celtic fanatic I watched this with my mammy and was heartbroken godbless eveyone of the 97 that lost there lives the 96 on the day and Andrew Devine who lost his fight for life many years later 🙏🌹🙏🌹🙏❤️⚪️❤️⚪️❤️⚪️🟢⚪️🟠

  13. Duckenfeld should have been dun for criminal negligence but the real crime was the cover up, blaming fans smearing the dead saying they were drubnken hooligans going round to childrens houses telling their parents to go away and forcing the children to change their statements, forcing police officers to lie all to save himself, that should have resulted in inprisonment and an apology from the police and for all those crooked police to lose their jobs and be charged wiuth perverting the course of justice. I dont blame him for the mistake, but that cover up was a serious criminal offence.

  14. it was an FA cup semi-final, not a Premier League game. The Premier League didn't even exist in 1989.

Good lord….hearing yanks talking about football normally makes me want to punch them in the throat as it is, but the lack of attention to detail & basic fact-checking in covering a story as horrific as this, is frankly insulting.

  15. 'Considered' the biggest tragedy? Sadly, there have been others (Ibrox, Bradford and more, all RIP) but there's no 'considered' about it. This was, simply, the biggest tragedy to ever occur at any stadium in the UK.

  16. Truly hell on earth. Let me tell you, you can not fathom what crowd crush pressure feels like unless you endure it. I did in the 80s at a rock concert. It was absolutely terrifying. For almost 2 hours i was pinned against a barrier. My organs compressed. The fear in my friends eyes ill never forget.

  17. The event was really sad I can’t imagine the grief the families felt when they found out that a family member died at a football game I can’t imagine the pain they must’ve felt
