Pretty sure that ultra modified POS stalled out or completely died on the guy. I understand if you don't realize it right away your initial response is to honk and be angry, but it seemed pretty clear from the guy's reaction to you that he didn't do it on purpose. I've been in this situation where my car suddenly started choking and would barely run while driving down the road – then it would run fine then it would sputter and barely run again (my mass airflow sensor was faulty) – even though I put my 4 ways on every time it started sputtering as I tried to get it home, people would freak out every time a held them up for a few seconds. Either way, that type of car looks like the type that gets you shot at if you're not careful!

I find it amazing that when some people do something really stupid and someone notices that they will double up and not realize they have proven they weren't doing it by accident 🤪💩 They are stupid not just doing something dumb.
