Movie needed more Godzilla and less to-ing and fro-ing by human actors. A colossal bore.
Loved this movie. I do really wish Brian Cranston's character had remained as the main focus of the human side of this movie though. Would have helped to keep it from going as far as it did into generic military protagonist territory as it did I think.
I love Godzilla as a force of nature and something that just sees us like ants. It's doesn't want to kill us, it just doesn't care if it does because we're so insignificant compared to him.
Godzilla wakes up from blackout, everyone cheers, stagger to the ocean until called upon next party…never helps clean up
