6. most of the trick shot stuff was done by reversing the camera. for instance the one where the girl lands the bottle on top of the fridge door.. you can see the guy walking behind he door before she ' starts'.. it is actually reversed, he flung the bottle off of the door, and she caught it, a much easier task… then just reverse it. A lot of the similar ones were done the same way.
