Caught this guy while he was tailgating me and it pissed him off. I took off out of fear and he hit my car. I have reason to believe he was under the influence.

I would have been tempted to remove his door as I sped away, If I had an oldish motor. He would have been screwed, and his car written off for the cost of a wing, and fender, as the impact would have twisted his geometyry ensuring an insurance weite off.
