1. This is the CIA principle to success. Someone with limited capability, but an ego larger than live, disguises all around for a clandestine action for something that can be remote engineered. The CIA once managed to buy for apparently about 2Million Dollars a trashed Mig Helicopter to analyse it instead of surveying the Migs in action and doing the math.
