  1. This brought tears to my eyes! Why? This is not just government…the people are contributing as well by littering everywhere…look at the amount of plastic bottles 🙄 what a shame. We all have to play our part! With that said, hope their will be strick laws for littering!

  2. I wonder if some type of strict enforcement needs to be implemented such as fining those who discards litter in the street because obviously this will continue to happen every rainy season

  3. Poor drainage infrastructure, inappropriate means of waste disposal and too many people leaving in very poor conditions unable to take pride in their habitat. These very poorly designed system are not properly thought out and as such have severe consequences. A bit of due diligence, an understanding of basic engineering and some people in authority with pride in their country and integrity in their work. My old boss use to say to me you're only as good as your last job.
