  1. Note to narrator: A ship's bow is pronounced [ˈbau̇]…as in "a doggy says "bow-wow"." I don't see an alternative pronunciation of buy ['bī]…as in "I want to buy that book on late 1970s Tupperware™ Parties…" that you're using for some weird reason. Just thought I'd let you know. Okay, BYE!

  2. this is the ship that was allowed to dock in Australia at the onset of covid19 and it was full to the brim with old ignorant covid infected pricks that just wanted to get home, and now thousands are dead as a direct result of those ppl who were let off! its a Fkn PLAUGE SHIP

  3. 20mins to empty that boat, ya right I don't believe what so ever! That computer models doesn't show panic or fear or the boat listing or on fire, way to many variables going on here.

  4. I love they are using a ship that caused many deaths in Australia by bringing covid passengers and knowingly released them into the community. All that and its still a disease factory, pity all those heat sensors didn't detect all the heat from the covid victims temperatures.

  5. I fought a few fires onboard ships. This back when FLIR was in the testing phase. Without it you just kept the hose in front of you and occasionally you would see a flame. Otherwise you couldn't see your hand in front of your face. Scary stuff.

  6. If you say "unsinkable" the ocean will hate you…

So tell the truth, the ship is "sinkable" and the ocean will be happy…

idk how the hell ocean can smiling…

  7. I wonder how those compartments were fitted into the Costa Concordia and if there were any lessons learnt from that disaster in that regard. After all, that ship didn't turn out unsinkable either when one of the sides was cut open under the waterline..

  8. I think the passengers should be taught the way towards the emergency exits, how to recognise them and how safety doors work and how emergency exits can be opened when they first come on board. I know that when I would be coming on board as a passenger that'd be the first thing I would check out by myself

  9. The ship builder who gets the contract is the low bidder. Lots of incompetent captains too. I don't see the future being much better.

  10. I still stand by my assessment that one should never go to sea on a boat. Take a boat onto the lake or take a boat onto the river but, now that we have planes, ending up in the sea ought to be our last resort, at least for most of us and my respect to those who still go to sea in boats for a living but I sure as hell would only do so as a last resort.

  11. this tells you everything you need to know about government / companies – but we'll get .002 less fuel efficiency costing 25$ more per trip! the 500 lives lost are much cheaper!

  12. Future ships now have to contend with people separation, seperate air-conditioning, more space in hallways. Cruise ships need to be completely redesigned again.
