After Hurricane Katrina, Chef Gary LeBlanc mourned the devastation of New Orleans, the place where he fell in love with cooking. In particular, he was discouraged by the lack of quality food for survivors. So he started Mercy Chefs to bring professionally prepared food to people who need it most– feeding not just the body, but the soul too.
