A baby monkey yellow baboon, a baby elephant, and a cheetah cub saved by Malawi Wildlife Rescue team! World Veterinary Day is on April 25th. To honor their works, we are following the amazing veterinarians from Lilongwe Wildlife Rescue trust in Malawi to rescue and rehabilitate the Malawi’s wild animals – a baby baboon nicknamed Doodle Bob; an injured baby elephant; and a cheetah cub with the extraordinary veterinary medicine.

The team at the Lilongwe Wildlife Trust in Southeast Africa is dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating injured and orphaned animals, ensuring they get back into the wild where they belong. Malawi is one of the poorest countries in Africa and resources are scarce, so the team has to make do and improvise. Power cuts are common, the rainy season inundates the center, but the wildlife conservation work must go on. Here is how you can help: https://www.facebook.com/lilongwewildlifetrust/

  1. i have been looking for wholesome videos like this, and only finding ones where monkeys have been stolen from their parents and set up to make it look like they are being saved, so thank you for helping to stop this.

  2. Can anyone tell me why the other young baboon was called Fox? Was it by any chance because of a resemblance with the actor Laurence Fox? I think they have very similar facial expressions.

  3. Love stories like this in the rescue team, teach, other countries how to love n protect the babies like Cambodia, use the babies injuries n bring harm to them,
