1. The Jake Paul one looked like CGI.

   Usually white transparent ghosts don't hold a constant shape. They tend to morph a bit.

2. There has been many incidences of Franko TV using an accomplice to fake his videos, I can't see how this one is any different.

18. I think the "face" behind Angry Grandpa is a bird. Something like a Magpie. The white breast gives the eye a false expression. After the sighting it could have been hopped down behind the can, so the impression is that it vanished.

    Unfortunately it’s most likely a cat. It was crouching and starting to ooze off the bin when we first see it, then when it’s gone you can see a new mysterious shape behind the bin. Ghost or cat it’s up to you
