My grandpa was in the air force during ww2 in a b-17 as a navigator, he also taught highschool astrology. He described seeing a golden egg or pill shaped large enough to fit about 2 people into it. He said it was doing pin point turns around his plane making quick start and stop movement on all sides of his plane. This was the early morning around the time before the first atomic bomb was dropped, he was miles and miles away from the drop and don’t know the atomic bomb was even a thing, but reported some kind of intelligent object was curious and seemed to be investigating his plane around that time. After he landed he was questioned about any unusual phenomena but was never swarm to secrecy. He was a very creditable man a never made up stories of this nature but was still happy and open to talk about it up tell his death in 2008. His story never changed for 70 years.

Yes Yes right! So a star became so bright all of a sudden that it looked like it was near the plane and then a lightning made it the original size again so it seemed like a UFO vanishing but in fact it was the lightning that made the star shrink again! We don't study astrology man so we don't know these things!
Wasn't he going on about the massive size of it? So he saw a "star" and was staring at the "star" and was amazed at how big the size of the "star" was with strobe lights? I literally stared at the TV after he said that looking at a man who thought his explanation was pure genius, but was so incredibly dumb.

I have never seen a planet look like a ufo/uap………….. maybe someone can post a link to at least one video of this……………? if that is too difficult then I’ll accept: ball lightning, swap gas, weather balloon or Russian/Chinese aircraft…………

I'm an amateur astronomer and i follow often satellites and ISS in night sky, but i have seen 5 UFOs in total in different cicumstances
they elude all explanations
one of them was something that behave like a satellite, but fly everyday at same time, just drifting a few douzen seconds everyday
and the path drift south by a few degrees
it puzzled me so much, bc i coudnt find anything on flightradar not on heavens-above or stellarium's sat plugin that resembles it
it also goes on and off, and change brightness, like go dark for 3second and glow half a second
sometimes it goes dark for a minute and only glow once or twice maybe the angle of reflection or something

I have a masters degree in space science and I can say that there’s nothing astronomical in the sky that can be a long counter clockwise strobe! Please explain that phenomenon to me. That almost sounds more interesting than UFOs.
