18. At 5:18 with the broken water line….it was NOT the equipment operator's fault. He was digging where and how he was told to. It was his Supervisor's fault for telling him where and how deep to dig without knowing or caring (one or the other) about the water line.

19. Anyone who’s worked for fedex or UPS: when the company finds out that someone is just throwing the boxes off the truck and not handling them respectfully does the company fire them or give them a warning?

22. So funny story. I can totally confirm that FedEx just tosses your packages that way. I worked in one of their shipping facilities, and they did not care. If it said "fragile" on it, they would treat it even worse. The drivers don't care, the package handlers don't care, and if it gets damaged, they put it in a fresh box and say "it wasn't us, it was the place it came from". Thats why I don't work there anymore. Also, HORRIBLE management.
