Most Deadly Natural Disasters of All Time

Spread The Viralist

Mother Nature can be merciless. From the roiling hurricanes of the Gulf Coast to the trailer-tossing storms of Tornado Alley, to the ground-pounding quakes of California, violent natural disasters have riddled the world since the beginning of the time, but the death counts of the most ancient of these disasters are lost to history. The Mediterranean island of Stroggli, for example is believed to have been completely wiped out by a volcanic eruption and ensuing tsunami that wiped out the entire Minoan civilization around 1500 B.C. How many lives were lost? We’ll never know. For other disasters, historians can at least make estimates. The following 8 disasters are the deadliest for which reasonably accurate death tolls exist. Here are eight of the worst natural disasters of all time.

  1. If you miss the old stuff, if you catch my drift ??, they are on a new c hann el. It’s called T R¥ C hann el. Gotta be sneaky about it, don’t want what I said gone, so just remove the spaces in the words and use a Y.

  2. Where does the Pandemic rank? Global; & recurrent even in countries that did enforce mandatory quarantine & masks from the onset!

Update this video in a couple years, & it'll be #1.

  3. ??सभी planet गोल ही क्यों होते हैं।?
    Cube, cuboid, pyramid, disc, इन shape में क्यों नहीं होते ????

अगर आपको एसे ही मज़ेदार fact जानने है? तो mere channel pe jake video dekhe? (only one chance give to my youtube channel if you do then I wish you ?‍♂?& your parents ?‍?‍?‍??get blessed by the great GOD.???

  4. Sorry, you lost me at #8 when you said that hurricane Maria was the "8th deadliest hurricane in history". By that statement alone, numbers 7-1 should have been hurricanes, or, if something was more deadly than any of the 8 top hurricanes, then only those hurricanes that were in the 8 "Most deadly natural disasters of all time" should have been on the list.

  5. I can tell you from experience. Maria was not fun at all. Me and my family spent a whole week helping everyone in our street with the debris. 6 months with out Power nor running water. We had to shower in rivers and wash clothes the same way. Im proud to say i survived it.

  6. For those who are confused, this channel was sold by the owner to a company called "rumble." If you're looking for our old ?? friends you can find them over at the +ry c hannel.

  7. Beware the new owners of this channel, Rumble. They are a far-right video platform. The Dan Bongino Show, Devin Nunes Podcast, The Drew Berquist Show… All anti-Democrat, pro-Trump, conspiracy theorist trash.

  8. The title of the video is misleading because it acts like its the deadliest in the U.S. and then to the world. I have to say its a poor representation of facts. If you're going to do deadliest in the world then you left out some of the biggest disasters in history like Tambora, Krakatoa, major earthquakes, plagues, etc.

  9. Cause YouTube doesn't have enough stuff just like this, next do the most deadly wars ever, in a completely inappropriate monotone narration. I'm unsubscribing if I get another notification for a video like this.

  10. The usual US centric provincial Top-Ranking…
This list ignores Lisbona Earthquake of 1755, Messina Earthquake of 1908, Great Kanto Earthquake of 1923, Eruption of Tambora of 1815 that caused a minor glacial event in the next 3 years, Eruption of Krakatoa 1883, Great Earthquake of Chile 1960, Eruption of La Pelée 1902, Eruption of Thera Santorini Greece 1627 b.C.E. he just mentioned, and the Catastrophe of Toba 75.000 years ago that almost caused extinction of us Humans… ?
    [EDIT]
If we consider "famine" as a "natural disaster", then we must add Kanki famine in Japan 1230-1231 caused by bad weather and Volcanic eruptions.
People was forced to wear winter clothes in summer and 1/3 of Japan population died.
There is also Ireland Great Famine of 1845-1849, caused by Potato Blight disease, destroying potatoes harvesting, causing 1 million deaths, and another million and a half people of Ireland migrated to US and Canada.

  11. Guess they didn't mention the 4 fragment from a comet that hit north America 13600 years ago. Its completely destroyed North America and South America. It melted the the huge ice glaciers and caused contental wide forest fires. It also killed 80% of all mega mammals in north and south America.
