Mexican rescue workers saved a stranded Labrador from the flood waters brought on by Hurricane Eta on November 13. They found the dog while looking for people who had been stranded by the storm.

The hurricane devastated communities in South and Central America, leaving thousands in Mexico without homes. Indigenous communities in Honduras, Nicaragua, and Guatemala were hit particularly hard. More than 200 people have reportedly died. The region is now preparing for Hurricane Iota, a possible Category 5 storm expected to make landfall the night of November 16.

Во время наводнения в Южной Мексике, вызванного ураганом «Эта», моряки спасли жизнь собаке, которая едва не утонула в нахлынувших потоках. Пес породы лабрадор был замечен спасательной бригадой, когда уже, видимо, потерял все надежды на избавление и просто стоял на задних лапах, хватаясь за оконную решетку здания.
«Спецоперация» по спасению лабрадора была снята на смартфон и вскоре попала в социальные сети, где вызвала волны умиления, пожалуй, такой же мощности, как и те, что прежде едва не смыли пса с родной улицы.
На видео попал момент, как собака забирается в чудом очутившуюся поблизости лодку.
По словам местного жителя Ивана Эрнандеса, спасатели подали всем пример настоящего героизма и человечности. Также пользователь напомнил всем о необходимости помочь пострадавшим от наводнения другим животным.
