31. I'm always amazed about how many of these were totally avoidable if the cam car just used their brakes instead of their horn.

32. Rules for driving in Russia.

    1. The larger your vehicle the better.
    2. Ensure brakes, horn, lights, tires, mirrors, etc are working perfectly.
    3. Assume other drivers are idiots.
    4. Rino line your vehicle, scratches won't show and it'll damage the crap out of the other car. lol
    5. Say screw it and move to another country. These bitches are nuts.

    J.K loved my time in Russia, Great people and beautiful women, the nightlife is good. The food is up to your taste. But they are nuts on the road. NYC taxis in heavy traffic are safer than a normal day of driving in Moscow.

33. Noticed on the first left turn into oncoming traffic the driver going straight never touched his brakes. Didn't slow, no brake lights or any lights for that matter. Guess he's like okay F@!K it I'm hitting this jerkoff.
