  1. I saw a plane get struck a couple of years ago as it was passing over the highway to land. It just went in one end, out the other and to the ground. Plane just carried on like it was nothing.

  2. Honestly I figured it would be something like that, I was more curious as to what it would feel/sound like to be in a 747 when it happened

I was on a plane, probably when I was in second grade, coming back from a vacation, and there was a MASSIVE thunderstorm which is really uncommon where I am, and we flew right threw it- my dad told me that the technology was meant to just let lightning pass through but I SWEAR it zapped through the plane and made the lights flicker a couple times- maybe I was too young to remember but dang flying through a lightning storm was so cool
