Ooh..I miss Persian food. They are no Persian restaurants in my area.
Europeans need to learn that this is actual kebab, because they are on skewers. Kebabs in Europe are actually Gyros, which was invented in the USA. What they call kebab sandwiches are shwarmas. How are Europeans so clueless about the rest of the world?
