BUSHMEAT MARKET IN NIGERIA

1. OLUWO BUSHMEAT MARKET
ADDRESS: Epe, Lagos, Nigeria

? Python: Chop python into medium-sized portions. Smoke over fire for 13 hours until completely dried.

??PALM WORMS: Mix the worms with onion, salt, pepper and crawfish seasoning. Boil and then roast.

?MONITOR LIZARD: Skin the lizard and butcher it into pieces. Boil the lizard meat in water with salt, ginger and chicken seasoning. | Sauce: In a hot frying pan, add palm oil, chopped red onion and a blend of chili pepper, tomato and onion. Add water from the boiled monitor lizard and chicken seasoning and then stir until ready.

??EBA: Mix grated cassava flakes and very very hot water. Boil and mix.

  2. ..we need allowed meat consumption species as wild boar,chicken,beaf and etc…but not all those innocent animals where victimized by useless humans in Nigeria and all over the world!
