I’m thinking Junior may have been chipped as to how he was reunited with his family. The best idea to chip. Maybe some of the other dogs were chipped- one can hope. Good ending, but as many have already mentioned: we need laws in place to protect animals from those who cause harm, stricter fines, penalties, jail.
What's wrong with ppl. Steal him to throw him in a gross backyard. They need to be thrown in the darkest cellars we have. Forever.

This is so sad and so happy! ? How awful that he came to be in that place, whether they thought they were helping a stray or for an awful reason, they clearly didn't even check to find his home. I'm so glad they have him back!

For a dog to be kept in those conditions it’s terrible but why does it feel especially heart breaking when a dog that came from a loving family home the only thing they know their whole life and then dumped in a place like this. So sad and makes me angry

It’s bad knowing that this jerk or these jerks will never pay for the pain that they have caused these dogs or the people missing them. Our penalties are much too light for crimes regarding animals. ??

Looks like the sick jack*sses where he was found was going around stealing dogs – I'd love to see them get what they deserve but our laws in this country for this kind of thing aren't nearly as strict as they should be. I'm so glad he got found and got reunited with his loving family!
