To help HOWL OF A DOG rescue more animals in need, please visit http://www.HowlOfADog.org This little dog was found lying in a park, having a hind leg broken and unable to move. In order for the injured leg to heal he had to wear an orthopedic cast for a period of 3 weeks.
Apart from the broken leg he also had an ear inflammation which bothered him and caused constant scratching and his fur was all matted and full of fleas.
Judging after his poor general condition, we believe that he had been roaming on the streets for quite a long time.
Piki has recovered very well and is now looking for a lovely forever home.
He is extremely friendly with other pets and with humans; a very sweet-natured dog, obedient, gentle and who loves to be cuddled. He’s ~4 years old, small sized, microchipped and has an up to date medical record.
