  1. Animals don't know Beethoven from a small oven. Their sense of smell is powerful. The keys are made from Ivory. I think that attracted them…?

  2. I wonder how this relates to elephant intelligence. Are they able to perceive harmony or rhythm? Musical form? Do they distinguish Melody from harmony? Do they have musical memory at all?

  3. This is exactly what I needed to see. With my family including two big dogs sending our stress, they laid down and zi scratched their Nellie's to let them know it will be ok. We all should survive.

  4. How do you know the elephants are actually listening to the music? Have you done tests to determine whether they can “listen”? How do you know you aren’t anthropomorphizing them?

  5. How wonderful.
    The Elephants love the music.
They dance and sway and flap their ears with excitement.
I have never seen an Elephant do the dance of life before.
They are happy to be alive.
