I have a question. In the city, at 4AM, did these people really have their door open?
In the UK its irritating as we found a dog, not quite this way where Suzy found them, but the dog I found has been on the streets a few days, and no one had caught her, took me seconds, but, we were advised in the UK if you find a dog and dont surrender it, upto a year later someone can go "thats my dog" and you HAVE to give it back….
How did they determine the age of the dog without any info about it?
First of all the guy that walked by and shut the door is a real one????
