Killuas Brother was actually taking the exam because he needed the license for a Job he was doing, the fact he meet Killua was merely by chance, but made him changed his Main objective to getting Killua back to the family and stop making friends

Kilua doesn’t “ask” her. He tells her to heal him and that’s the catch of her power. If you tell her to do something there’s no repercussion. It’s only when you ask is when she gets all evil.
