I have been suffering a life threatening , horrendously painful illness for 14 yrs.
At times, I was suicidal. I was so heartbroken wondering, why if God loved me, would He ever let this happen to me.
Maybe I wasn't worthy of His attention. WHY He wouldn't heal me & lift this torture from my body. The blasphemy at my then church didn't help. Name it claim it healing, telling me the reason I wasn't being healed, must be that I had sin or I didn't have enough faith. I now know this is so drastically umbilical. The Lord is NOT our servant, we are His. We should only want His will for our lives & in HIS timing.
About 6months ago, it ALL shifted for me.
I realized, that the Lord TRULY loved me ENOUGH to painfully watch me & let me got through this, because He KNEW it was the ONLY way, I would be healed INSIDE, and grow, mature me in HIM, in ways I never would've been able to, had it not been for my perpetual suffering.
This life is but a blink of the eye, in the span of eternity.
When I listened to this a few wks ago, I bawled.
It was complete confirmation for me.
Thank-you so much for your obedience in creating and reposting this video, or I wouldn't have seen it on my feed.

For some reason this video will not play. It’s not working and that makes me so angry.
People get so angry with me, that I don't get "caught up" in despair or outrage. Oh I'll comment on how the Pope isn't Christian anymore (hasn't been since before I was born), and yeah I grumble inwardly — gotta watch that! – when the priest is "all out of sorts" (upset, unthankful, whatnot) or when my husband isn't following the dictates of Holy Writ. He's sorta caught up in the political turmoil. Love him, but I keep praying he'll let that go since we're not supposed to be "of this world", but maybe the lights to others who are "of this world". Very nice message. Oh, I'll find a complaint though! ? Sounds like that heretic guy's voice, that Morgan Freeman! That dude is a "smooth cookie" …or something.
