This Cat Runs A Real Estate Office In Brooklyn | Valentino’s dad found him as a stray and brought him to work at his real estate office in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn. Valentino immediately decided he owned the place — now he greets everyone who walks by the office and plants himself on the table during every lease signing!

Valentino even looks like if a businessman was reborn as a cat. He's calm and collected. Participates in business.
Love this video.
Valentino is a real estate rock star. I bet he has a substantial profit sharing and 401k. program as part of his contract.
AWESOME!

Hey there??? that is why the kitty looks familiar ? I have the book, "Cats of New York" … By the way, I was in New York this summer ???
pilot g2's…..nice.
3:21 for cleavage.
Sadly he passed away. So sad
I was so shocked when i read on their window that he passed away. I used to work a few doors down from that office and I would see him almost everyday ?
This is the kind of cat I want! So intelligent and calm.
It is funny to see that scratched black sofa. That reminds mine, haha..my cat did the same thing.
I've actually live nearby that office! Valentino unfortunately died, but they got a second cat named Smitty (becuase it's on Smith Street) who is super friendly!
Valentino was my friend for many years. I lived in Brooklyn as a little kid, and my mom would always take my sister and me to visit him. He was truly such a sweet cat and would rub on the glass windows on days when the business was closed and we couldn't get in. He was always so excited to see us, and it was obvious that he remembered us. He recently got sick, and although he kept his happy, energetic spirits up, he passed away in January. RIP Valentino, I miss and love you!
Valentino the cat is all buisness. He really knows how to make money
Lotta people don't know the significance of cats in NYC. They work at bodegas, corner stores, 99 cent stores. They're an integral part of our businesses. They contribute to our economic success. haha
???CHARMing ?
I can just imagine Valentino's voice "Now let's get down to business….you want 1,2 or 3 rooms what you want I need to know these things" all Italian New Yorker voice Sonnys voice from that movie A Bronx Tale
He looks like an angel, so pretty
I wanna meet him.
He looks intimidating. He's like The Godfather. i feel very threatened
More Valentino videos! ❤️
I feel like he would be like a mafia kittie
Wow! I like that people respects Valentino and he has so kind people who cares for him. Very nice!!!??????
He must of been a gangster in his past life with the name like Valentino
