  1. yeah, the "Moc" is the most main thing of this noodle but they didn't give you this. Moc is also a very special thing that if you are a Vietnamese, you'll find yourself so hard to find a right good Moc. Just to tell you that you didn't eat the right bun moc, haha.

  2. FYI….Vietnamese Food so awesome ….so many choice….
I always love BUN BO HUE…..oh sooooo yummmmmy ….also Vietnam has sooooo many desserts….
Vietnam is a paradise of food …..GOOOOOOO THERE !!!!!

  3. Hey Mr Mar…new sub, and love your videos. You've encouraged me to start cooking more sea food, with some spice.I went to your site and ordered the book – Eating Thai Food Guide and a t-shirt. So does the book have any recipes? And if not,are ya gonna knock out a nice cook book, or recipe book anytime soon? Thanks, really like your videos, keep it up.

  4. That place looked very friendly indeed. The meal looked mild, but I guess so long as they have the chili's you can make it work. Thanks for sharing Mark and Ying.
