COMMUNITY SECTIONS FOR COMMENTS! On Aug 24, 2019 Hurricane Dorian, A Cat 5 monster storm struck the Abacos, Grand Bahamas and Freeport, leaving behind death and destruction. After seeing this horrific natural disaster take place, it had me pulling up our family footage from the last year of cruising through these historic and charming islands. We grew to love not only the land, but the people that tended to it. This tribute is simple and personal reflection of what was and what we hope it will be again in the future. We in NO WAY mean to offend anyone that may view this. This is coming straight from our hearts with the best intentions.

We encourage you to continue to travel to the Bahamas. There are over 700 islands in the Bahamas chain, please do not let Dorian discourage you from visiting. Please reach out if you have any questions on travel, or places to visit in the area. We planning on going back this fall. We are happy to share our tentative routes with you.
