Local people say that the owner of them barely visits here bringing dogs or even cows..
So, the avengers(PD & Animal rescuer & Vet) appeared to rescue the dogs..!!!

Господи, как это страшно….оставлены на привязи на верную смерть без воды и еды…а сколько то костей уже, елы-палы…. Господи, умножь года тем людям, что не прошли мимо, дай ихним семьям здоровья и счастья, пусть никогда беда не коснется их… Животные безгрешны, это ангелы, но у них как у людей разная судьба, один в масле катается, в постельке человека спит, а второй на улице …и каждый день испытание….
P.S… но не налить этим замечательным хвостикам воды, это ужас….такое истощение и обезвоживание у каждой собаки….ещё и породистые…
