A truck carrying hundreds of young pigs overturned on a ramp to Interstate 35 just north of Des Moines, Iowa.
The Animal Rescue League of Iowa responded to the accident and helped to transfer the animals to another vehicle.
The Iowa Department of Public Safety said in a tweet: “Authorities working to corral and transport 1,738 piglets!”
